Panorama Stationery provides wholesale stationery and office supplies to businesses, schools, and organizations across the UAE. Our services include product supply, delivery, and customer support.
3. Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Delivery and Returns
We strive to deliver products within the agreed timeframe. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened items in original packaging, subject to our return policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
Panorama Stationery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform remain the property of Panorama Stationery and are protected by applicable laws.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
